Crisis management system in Poland: its composition and components.
Efficientinformation flowbetween authorities and structures responsible forcrisis managementis primarily intended forpreventing crisis situations, and in cases where they occur, effectiveremoval of their consequences.In national crisis events, the task of the RCB is to ensure the circulation of information between: the Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister, the minister responsible for the government administration department, the voivode, the starosta, and the village mayor (Article 11, paragraph 2, point 8). To ensure a smooth flow of information, institutions cooperating with the RCB in this regard are obliged to indicate and maintain available 24-hour phone numbers and email addresses of their duty services.According to the Act of April 26, 2007 on crisis management (Journal of Laws No. 89, item 590, as amended), the Government Security Center provides serviceto the Council of Ministers,the Prime Ministerandthe Government Crisis Management Team(Article 11, paragraph 1). In terms of information provision, the RCB's tasks include ensuring the flow of information between national and foreign crisis management authorities and structures

- . The crisis management system in Poland is multi-tiered and consists of the following components:
- crisis management authorities,advisory bodies competent in initiating and coordinating actions taken in the field of crisis management,crisis management centers, maintaining a 24-hour readiness to take action

[3]. The Government Crisis Management Teamis an advisory body, competent in initiating and coordinating actions taken in the field of crisis management (Articles 8 and 9 of the Act of April 26, 2007 on crisis management).
- The Government Crisis Management Team (RZZK) consists of:
- the Prime Minister – the chairman of the Team,
- the Minister of National Defense and the minister responsible for internal affairs – deputies to the chairman,
- the minister responsible for public administration,
- the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
- the Coordinator Minister for Special Services (if appointed),
Other government administration bodies as needed.The Secretary ofthe Government Crisis Management Team isthe Director of the Government Security Center.The Government Crisis Management Team may meet in both open and closed sessions. The Center provides service to the Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Team, and the minister responsible for internal affairs in matters of crisis management and serves as the national crisis management center[4]
